Your responsibilities will be:
- Active communication with candidates by phone, e-mail and social networks;
- Making cold and warm calls and maintaining long-term contact;
- Analysis of resumes and assessment of candidate competencies;
- Organization and coordination of meetings and job interviews;
- Conducting job interviews live and remotely;
- Working with internal databases.

- You are able to communicate professionally and are not afraid of intensive telephone contact;
- You are result-oriented, you responsibly plan your work and ensure its implementation;
- You have experience in personnel selection, customer service or sales (considered an advantage);
- You are characterized by initiative, flexibility and quick orientation in a dynamic environment;
- You speak English well (knowledge of Russian is an advantage).

- Monthly salary (gross) 1393 - 2102.40 Eur/month, including bonuses according to the motivational system;
