Nature of work

What will your working day look like?

You will be the first contact for candidates from different countries of the world (Asia, Philippines, India, etc.).
You will consult candidates by phone and online, provide the necessary information.
You will administer candidate data in our internal system.
You will order documents online and prepare documentation for employment.
You will cooperate with international recruitment agencies.
You will deal with non-standard situations and ensure a smooth selection process.

What do we expect from you?

Experience with employment processes for third-country nationals.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian (written and spoken).
Good communication skills, ability to work with people from different cultures.
Responsibility, flexibility, quick orientation.
