We are currently looking for a Recruitment Partner to join the team, who would manage the full recruitment process and help our clients find the best candidates.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full management of the selection process from A to Z: matching needs with the client, preparing advertisements, searching for candidates, selecting, interviews, providing recommendations to the client.
- Active search for candidates using AI tools, LinkedIn, databases, headhunting methods and other sources.
- Assessment of candidates according to competencies, motivation and compliance with client needs. We also use psychological tests for assessment, for which you would need to obtain a license.
- Close cooperation with clients throughout the process – consulting on the market situation, remuneration, selection strategy.
- Management of the selection process and candidate data in the CRM/ATS system.
- Constant contact with candidates – from the first contact to accepting the offer and onboarding.
- Monitoring market, remuneration and talent trends and providing insights to clients.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment – full selection process management (advantage – working in a consulting/agency environment).
- Ability to independently manage multiple selection projects at the same time.
- Excellent communication, assessment and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
- Initiative, responsibility and result-oriented.
- Knowledge of CRM/ATS systems, AI tools and LinkedIn search tools.
