We are looking for a Recruitment Partner to manage the full recruitment process and help our clients find the best candidates.
The position will be part-time, as the team needs help during busy periods, so it is easy to balance with other responsibilities or activities - we can always agree on the most suitable workload. You will have an assigned mentor who will help you with various issues, and you will also be able to participate in general company meetings, events and celebrations, if you wish and have the opportunity.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Full management of the selection process from start to finish: preparing advertisements, searching and attracting candidates using AI tools, LinkedIn, databases, evaluating them according to the People Link model, providing market insights, providing recommendations to the client.
- Continuous collaboration with other team members on more difficult projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and full selection process management (advantage – working in a consulting/agency environment);
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English
