What will you do after joining us?
- You will actively search for and attract site employees in Lithuania and abroad - you will use various search channels, contact candidates directly, conduct active candidate search and development of recommendation networks.
- You will communicate with candidates by phone every day, conduct interviews, assess their competencies, motivation and suitability for projects and ensure a smooth path to a job offer.
- You will be responsible for the entire selection process - from the first contact to the successful hiring of an employee.
- You will develop and implement employee attraction strategies, look for new channels, test ideas and constantly look for more effective solutions to ensure the growing need for employees.
- You will analyze labor market trends, candidate flows and provide insights that will help make better hiring decisions.
- You will consult hiring managers on selection issues and be their partner in making decisions.
- You will contribute to strengthening Hotrema's employer image and ensure a high candidate experience at all stages of selection.
- Initiate and implement personnel projects that will help attract more talent and streamline selection processes.
What do we expect from you?
- You have at least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting and selecting employees. Experience in finding construction, manufacturing, technical professions or other site workers is a great advantage.
- You are communicative, not afraid to make the first contact and are able to interest candidates in job opportunities.
- You are persistent and understand that the best candidates are not always actively looking for work - they need to be found, reached and interested.
- You are able to manage multiple selections simultaneously, respond quickly to changing needs and maintain both the pace and quality of work.
- You are proactive, independent and constantly look for new ways to reach and attract suitable candidates.
- You are result-oriented and understand that the success of the selection is determined not by the number of candidate CVs, but by the people successfully hired.
- You have good communication and negotiation skills and are able to build a relationship based on trust with the candidate.
- You speak English well, knowledge of Russian is a big advantage.
