Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the employee selection process in Lithuania and abroad.
- Search and select employees according to the company's needs and project requirements.
- Actively search for new international staff recruitment agencies and expand the partner network.
- Cooperate with foreign personnel selection agencies and coordinate their work.
- Evaluate candidates' experience, qualifications and documents.
- Coordinate candidates' theoretical and practical qualification tests.
- Organize the work of the selection team and distribute tasks.
- Coordinate processes related to employment and migration.
- Resolve non-standard candidate and selection situations.
- Administer selection data, reports and documentation.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of personnel selection.
- Experience in working with international personnel recruitment agencies selecting employees from third countries would be a great advantage.
- Experience in selecting welders and ship hull assemblers would be a great advantage.
- Good knowledge of Russian, English and Lithuanian.
- Ability to independently organize and manage selection processes.
- Good communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
