Job description
Join our recruitment team and help us attract and select the most suitable candidates for Operations and Business Support positions. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, working closely with managers and ensuring a professional candidate experience.
Your responsibilities:

- You will carry out the entire recruitment process.
- You will work with managers to understand employee needs and create effective recruitment plans.
- You will prepare and publish job advertisements, administer candidate applications and ensure accurate candidate data records.
- You will conduct individual and group job interviews, including competency-based interviews.
- You will assess candidates using interviews, tests, reference checks and other selection methods.
- You will cooperate with external recruitment partners and service providers, ensuring the quality and efficiency of services.
- You will contribute to the application of best recruitment practices and continuous improvement of processes.
- You will advise managers on selection issues, in accordance with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Good knowledge of the labor market, employee search channels and selection methods.
- Experience in conducting job interviews and preparing competency-based interview questions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Independence, diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build good working relationships.
