We have a strong, professional and well-rounded HR team. As the company grows and expands its activities, we are continuing to strengthen our recruitment department, so we are inviting a Recruitment Specialist to join us, who will contribute to the search and selection of production positions.
What are you going to do?
- You will conduct selections of production specialists in the Lithuanian and EU markets (welders, pipe fitters, hull assemblers and other specialists for work in ship and industrial projects).
- You will actively search for candidates through various search channels - job portals, social networks, databases, recommendation networks and apply direct candidate search (headhunting).
- You will prepare and publish job advertisements, cooperate with the Marketing Department in creating attractive employer communication.
- You will organize and conduct job interviews, assess candidate competencies and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- You will coordinate the selection process from the first contact with the candidate to the submission of the job offer.
- You will administer the candidate database and ensure orderly selection documentation.
- You will constantly look for new channels for attracting candidates, suggest ideas and contribute to the improvement of selection processes.
We hope you:
- You have experience in personnel selection (experience in production, technical or project selection is a great advantage).
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and can communicate in English and Russian (at least B1 level).
- You are communicative, easily establish contact with people and are able to build trust.
- You know how to persuade, present a job offer in a reasoned manner and do not give up after hearing the first "no".
- You are able to independently plan your work, manage several selections at the same time and meet deadlines.
- You are result-oriented, proactive and constantly seek the best solutions to attract candidates.
