- Coordinate the selection of employees for the Production Shop in Lithuania from the clarification of the need to the employment of the candidate,
- Actively search for candidates, assess their competencies and ensure the professional experience of the candidates throughout the selection process,
- Consult and cooperate with managers on employee selection issues,
- Monitor trends in the labor market, talent acquisition and selection and propose new solutions,
- Contribute to the HR team's projects, initiatives and the creation of the best employee experience.

- You have experience in conducting employee search and selection and understand that successful employment starts with a good interview;
- You communicate excellently not only in Lithuanian and English, but also in Russian;
- You are responsible, organized and proactive, and you quickly find solutions in unexpected situations;
- You are curious and you are able to apply this quality not only in interviews with candidates, but also in proposing new ideas on how to attract the best talents.
