About us
The SENJORO organization (www.senjoro.lt) provides social services to more than 2,000 seniors - home help and day social care - in as many as 32 Lithuanian municipalities. We have already assembled a team of more than 500 employees, and we are growing rapidly.
We are currently looking for a recruitment specialist who would ensure smooth recruitment and selection of employees and contribute to the formation of a strong, professional team.
We are currently looking for a recruitment specialist who would ensure smooth recruitment and selection of employees and contribute to the formation of a strong, professional team.
We will entrust the new team member with the following responsibilities:
- Creating candidate experience from first contact to start of work in the organization;
- Creating and administering advertisements;
- Initial personnel selection: CV review, telephone interviews;
- Cooperation with regional managers in planning staff needs and deadlines;
- Preparing and processing employment documents;
- Coordination of the onboarding process of new employees.
Requirements
- Experience in conducting employee selections;
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone;
- Ability to plan time and conduct several selections simultaneously;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent written and oral Lithuanian;
- Creativity, responsibility and initiative.
Advantage
- Experience in a non-governmental or social service organization;
- Knowledge of the basics of labor law;
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
