What will you do?
- You will actively search for and attract drivers through various channels;
- You will create and publish job advertisements on social networks and job portals;
- You will communicate with candidates by phone and other means of communication;
- You will conduct initial screenings of candidates and assess the suitability of candidates for the position.
Employee requirements
We hope that you:
- Have experience in the field of personnel selection;
- Experience in the transport sector would be a great advantage;
- Know Russian;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage;
- Are energetic, proactive and positive;
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Are creative and active on social networks;
- Are able to independently plan your time and achieve results.
