SELECTION SPECIALIST

you have a higher education;
have at least 2 years of practical work experience in the active field of employee search/selection/attraction;
you are familiar with various employee search channels and labor market trends and are able to apply them to a successful talent attraction strategy;
have experience working with indicator monitoring, their analysis, presentation of conclusions and decisions based on data;
have excellent cooperation skills when working with managers at different levels and stakeholders;
have strong communication and presentation skills;
are fluent in Lithuanian and English;
have excellent skills in working with Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel and (or) Power BI.

you will be responsible for attracting talent to the company;
you will ensure effective and professional candidate selection;
you will analyze data related to the recruitment and selection processes and provide suggestions for improving and refining these processes;
you will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
