We will trust you:
- Full management of selection processes from A to Z – from identifying needs and preparing job postings to conducting interviews and providing job offers;
- Selections for different positions (qualified and unqualified employees), adapting the search strategy according to the candidate profile;
- Cooperation with partners in organizing the attraction and employment of employees from abroad, coordinating processes and ensuring smooth communication;
- Close cooperation with hiring managers, in order to accurately understand the needs of teams and improve position requirements;
- Constant communication with managers: updates on the selection process, coordination of requirements and adjustment of the search strategy based on feedback;
- Assistance in planning and organizing internal company events, strengthening employee engagement;
- Additional tasks entrusted by the team leader, demonstrating initiative, responsibility and flexibility.
We hope you:
- Have experience in personnel selection;
- Know how to use MS Office suite programs;
- Are able to independently manage the entire selection process and effectively plan your time;
- Are communicative, able to establish contact with candidates and managers of different profiles;
- Are proactive, responsible and result-oriented;
- Have higher/postgraduate education (advantage - in the fields of psychology, human resources management).
