We are looking for someone who sees the selection process beyond CVs and interviews. In this position, I will coordinate selections from need clarification to hiring, collaborate with managers and partners, and find the most suitable employees for different teams in the company.
Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Full management of selection processes from A to Z: from identifying needs and preparing job postings to conducting interviews and making job offers;
- Conducting selections for different positions (qualified and unqualified employees), adapting the search strategy to the candidate profile;
- Coordination of the process of attracting employees from abroad, in cooperation with external partners;
- Be a partner to hiring managers: advise on candidate search, position requirements and selection decisions;
- Analyze selection results and manage the search process, adjusting search channels and strategy if necessary;
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organization of internal events.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- Have experience in personnel selection;
- Are able to independently manage the entire selection process and effectively plan your time;
- Are communicative, able to establish contact with candidates and managers of different profiles;
- Are proactive, responsible and result-oriented;
- Have higher/postgraduate education (advantage - in the fields of psychology, human resources management).
