NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Selection Specialist, whose purpose is to select suitable employees, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Perform administrative staff selections from receipt of the need to the submission of a job offer.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the selection and build long-term relationships with candidates.
• Organize and conduct active candidate search in various channels, looking for the most effective solutions for attracting new employees.
• Consult hiring managers on selections, candidate assessment and labor market issues.
• Administer and improve selection and employee induction processes.
• Develop cooperation with universities, vocational schools, the Employment Service and other candidate attraction partners.
• Analyze selection results and indicators, provide insights and initiate actions to improve process efficiency.
• Actively contribute to the implementation of employer image, internal career and employee attraction initiatives.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience in employee selection from receiving a need to submitting a job offer.
• English language skills (B2 level and higher).
• Ability to independently organize work and manage several selections simultaneously.
• Experience using selection systems and job posting portals.
• Excellent collaboration and candidate and manager consulting skills.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €12.53-18.14/hour, excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: €2090-3026/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization uses a cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
