What do we expect from you?
- At least 1 year of experience in conducting employee search and selection for various positions
- Ability to independently manage the entire selection process - from publishing a job advertisement to submitting a job offer
- Experience in actively searching for candidates and applying various methods of attracting candidates, including direct candidate search ("headhunting")
- Experience in preparing job advertisements and selecting the most effective channels for their publicity
- Ability to assess candidates' competencies, motivation and suitability for the position
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills when communicating with candidates and managers
- Initiative, curiosity and a desire to constantly seek more effective employee recruitment solutions
- Ability to work independently, plan priorities and manage multiple selections simultaneously
In this position you:
- You will search and select production workers, specialists and administrative employees
- You will prepare and publish job advertisements in different search channels
- You will review, evaluate and systematize candidate resumes
- You will organize job interviews and provide feedback to candidates and managers
- You will administer the candidate database and selection processes
- You will actively expand candidate search channels and apply direct candidate search (“headhunting”) methods, attracting talents who are not actively looking for work
- You will cooperate with department managers in determining the need for employees and finding the best solutions
- You will contribute to the coordination of employee recruitment and exit processes
- You will actively communicate with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- If desired, you will be able to get involved in other personnel management projects and initiate your own ideas
