Nature of work:
Search and selection of employees for various positions.
Active search for candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, CV databases, social networks, etc.).
Conducting initial and detailed job interviews.
Candidate assessment and presentation of the most suitable candidates to clients.
Constant communication with clients, analysis of their needs and search for suitable solutions.
Coordination and administration of the selection process.
Maintenance and updating of the candidate database.
Generating ideas and searching for new ways to attract candidates.
Participation in improving the quality of HR processes and selections.

You have at least 2 years of experience in personnel selection or personnel management.
You have obtained a higher or university education.
You are fluent in Russian and English (written and spoken).
You are proficient in MS Office and able to work with modern selection and HR systems.
You are proactive, responsible, organized and communicative.
You are able to independently plan work and effectively manage several selections at the same time.
You are interested in labor market trends and like to find creative solutions.
You have obtained a higher or university education.
