What are you going to do?
- Actively search for candidates through various selection channels (Employment Service, social networks, various recruitment platforms);
- Publish and administer job advertisements;
- Communicate with candidates by phone, text messages and other channels, selecting the most suitable ones;
- Maintain the candidate database and ensure data accuracy;
- Work closely with department heads to fill vacant positions as quickly as possible;
- Constantly look for new ways and ideas to attract employees.
We hope you:
- You are not afraid to communicate a lot on the phone - this is the most important part of the job;
- You are persistent and do not give up after the first negative answer;
- You speak Lithuanian, can communicate in English and Russian;
- You adapt quickly to a changing situation and know how to prioritize (you will manage at least several, or maybe several dozen selections at the same time);
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- You are result-oriented and like to see the benefits of your work;
- You have good computer skills.
