We are one of the largest cleaning service companies in Norway, so we are constantly looking for employees. We are looking for an active, persistent and result-oriented Recruitment Manager who will help ensure smooth recruitment of employees and prompt filling of vacancies.
Your responsibilities:
Actively looking for candidates through various recruitment channels (Employment Service, social networks, various recruitment platforms) and sending employees abroad to work.
You will publish and administer job advertisements.
You will communicate with candidates by phone, text messages and other channels, selecting the most suitable ones.
You will maintain the candidate database and ensure data accuracy.
You will work closely with department managers to fill vacancies as quickly as possible.
You are constantly looking for new ways and ideas to attract employees.
We hope that you:
You are not afraid to communicate a lot on the phone - this is the most important part of the job.
You are persistent and do not give up after the first negative answer.
Do you speak English and Russian well, maybe you also speak Norwegian?
You adapt quickly to a changing situation and know how to prioritize (you will manage at least several, or maybe several dozen selections at the same time).
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You are result-oriented and like to see the benefits of your work.
You have good computer skills.
Category B driver's license (advantage)
