Nature of work
- Search and selection of employees using various search channels and active candidate search.
- Assessment of candidates' motivation, qualifications, work experience and suitability.
- Administration of candidate data in the personnel management system.
- Coordination of the entire selection process and accompanying candidates until successful employment.
- Administration of documents required for employment.
- Planning and implementation of employee attraction measures and participation in employer image strengthening activities.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in the field of social sciences.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Work experience in selections would be a great advantage.
- Attentiveness, organization, effective time management.
- Ability to professionally adapt to changing situations and, together with colleagues, successfully achieve the goals set in the company.
- Knowledge of the specifics of temporary employment will be considered an advantage.
