Nature of work
Conducting selections for drivers, mechanics and other operational positions;
Communicating with candidates, conducting initial interviews, assessing experience and motivation;
Professional presentation of job offers and employment conditions;
Coordination of the candidate throughout the selection process;
Maintaining a database of potential candidates, actively searching for new candidates if necessary;
Cooperation with colleagues and selection managers to ensure a smooth selection process.

Employee requirements
Experience in conducting selections of unqualified employees and specialists (there is a candidate base, active search only as needed);
The majority of candidates are not Lithuanian citizens, so it is necessary to speak fluently in English and/or Russian;
Ability to work effectively with candidates, present job offers to them clearly and attractively;
Working with large flows of candidates, so attention, diligence, and the ability to work with a large amount of data and information are required.
