Your main responsibilities will be:
- You will conduct employee search and selection for administrative positions - from clarifying the need to submitting a job offer;
- You will actively search for candidates and maintain contact with them during the selection process;
- You will create and place job advertisements on various channels;
- You will conduct job interviews and assess candidates;
- You will cooperate with managers on selection issues;
- You will analyze selection indicators (KPIs) and contribute to their improvement;
- You will participate in employee attraction initiatives and events.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Experience in employee search and selection;
- Ability to independently conduct selections;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to easily establish contact with people;
- Initiative and responsibility for one's own results;
- Ability to prioritize and plan one's work.
