🏭 BCT Engineering is a modern metalworking company implementing high-value-added engineering projects in Lithuania and abroad. We are growing, expanding our production volumes and constantly investing in technology and people.

We are currently strengthening our personnel team and are inviting a personnel selection specialist who enjoys working with people, communicating and searching for talents to join us.

Your daily routine

🔎 You will organize and carry out employee search and selection processes;

🗣️ You will conduct job interviews and assess candidates' competencies and suitability for the position;

📣 You will contribute to employee attraction and employer image strengthening initiatives;

🎓 You will cooperate with educational institutions, participate in career fairs and other events;

📄 You will prepare personnel documents and ensure their smooth administration;

🤝 You will contribute to various personnel projects and team initiatives.

Working hours

🕒 Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00

We hope that you

🎯 Have experience in personnel selection or employee search;

🌍 Can communicate in English (Russian would be an advantage);

🤝 You are communicative, proactive and like working with people;

⚡ You are able to plan your time, quickly adapt to changes and responsibly achieve results.

The offered salary is subject to negotiation and depends on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
