"Baltec CNC Technologies" is a modern metalworking company working with high added value engineering projects and advanced technologies. We are constantly growing, expanding production volumes and strengthening the team.
👉 We are currently expanding the HR department and are inviting someone to join who will be responsible for employee search.


Your daily routine:
🔎 You will organize and carry out employee search and selection processes, contribute to recruitment communication projects;
🗣️ You will conduct job interviews and contribute to assessing the suitability of candidates;
🎓 You will maintain relations with educational institutions and participate in job fairs;
📄 You will prepare personnel documents and ensure their smooth management;
🤝 You will provide assistance to HR colleagues as needed.

Work schedule:
🕒 5 d. per week: from 08:00-17:00

We hope that you:
🎯 Have at least several years of experience in the field of personnel selection;
🌍 You are fluent in English / Russian;
🤝 You are an proactive, empathetic person who values connection with candidates and the team;
⚡ You are excellent at planning, know how to quickly respond to changes and work both independently and in a team.

The offered salary is subject to negotiation and depends on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
