Spare parts manager - service receptionist

accepting customer orders and organizing work;
planning, managing and controlling service processes;
resolving customer complaints;
coordinating spare parts orders;
planning and inventorying warehouse stocks;
preparing acceptance/delivery documents, preparing repair estimates, coordinating work volumes and prices with customers;
administering customer databases;
issuing invoices.

higher/higher technical education;
practical knowledge in the field of agricultural machinery;
ability to work independently and take responsibility for results;
excellent organizational and communication skills;
ability to manage conflict situations;
excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (English, Russian - an advantage), computer literacy;
driving experience and category B driver's license.

1300-1800 €/mon. net
