Nature of work
- accepting customer orders and organizing work;
- planning, managing and controlling service processes;
- resolving customer complaints;
- coordinating spare parts orders;
- planning and inventorying warehouse stocks;
- forming acceptance/delivery documents, preparing repair estimates, coordinating work volumes and prices with customers;
- administrating customer databases;
- issuing invoices.
Employee requirements
- higher/higher technical education;
- practical knowledge in the field of agricultural machinery;
- ability to work independently and take responsibility for results;
- excellent organizational and communication skills;
- ability to manage conflict situations;
- excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (English, Russian - an advantage), computer literacy;
- driving experience and category B driver's license.
