Job description
Do you like to communicate, share knowledge and help customers find the right spare parts? Join us as a spare parts sales consultant and turn a customer's visit into a professional and pleasant experience every day.
Our showroom and warehouse are not just a place to purchase parts, they are a space where customers feel welcome, are carefully served and receive professional assistance.
In this position, you will not only advise customers on spare parts, their selection and ordering, but also participate in daily warehouse processes: you will receive customers, answer inquiries by phone or e-mail, ensure smooth delivery of goods and warehouse order.

In this position, you will not only advise customers on spare parts, their selection and ordering, but also participate in daily warehouse processes: you will receive customers, answer inquiries by phone or e-mail, ensure smooth delivery of goods and warehouse order.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting customers with a smile and good mood;
- Advising customers on spare parts, their selection and suitability;
- Ensuring the ordering of goods, warehouse order and issuing of goods;
- Administering inquiries by phone and email;
- Participating in inventories and optimizing warehouse processes;
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that customers receive comprehensive assistance;
- Participating in company training, improving knowledge about automotive parts and manufacturer systems.
Work schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30-19:00 (flexible schedule), every second Saturday 9:00-15:00.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Responsibility and independent work skills;
- Similar work experience in sales or warehouse;
- Excellent communication and consulting skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken);
- Technical education is an advantage.
