Kaunas - UAB „Hollister Lietuva“

Nature of work:

  • Ensure spare parts warehouse management: perform warehouse inspections, organize part purchases and accurately administer their accounting.
  • Perform spare parts and inventory purchases and supply processes, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Evaluate suppliers and conduct negotiations to optimize procurement costs and ensure the best conditions.
  • Administer spare parts warehouse using Blue Mountain and Lean Lift software.
  • Create purchase orders using the Coupa system.
  • Perform warehouse inventory and ensure data accuracy.
  • Initiate and implement cost reduction solutions in the area of spare parts procurement.
  • Perform repair and prevention of interchangeable tools of production equipment, ensuring their proper technical condition.
  • Prepare interchangeable tools of production machines for format change operations, ensuring a smooth production process.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in purchasing and maintaining spare parts and production tools.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and repair is a big advantage.
  • Higher education in engineering (mechanics, electronics, mechatronics or similar).
  • Strong IT skills, including working with MS Office and SAP; knowledge of the Blue Mountain system is an advantage.
  • Experience working with LEAN and/or Six Sigma methods is an advantage.
  • Ability to read mechanical and electronic drawings.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and procedures.
  • Skills in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, manometers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage.
