Altas Auto, a European leader in minibus manufacturing, is looking for a Spare Parts Manager to join the team.
In this position, you will be responsible for the spare parts sales process from customer inquiry to information provision, preparation of sales documents and delivery of the part to the customer.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL HAVE:
- Receive, administer and coordinate customer requests for spare parts.
- Identify required parts in catalogues, technical documentation and internal systems.
- Advise customers on the suitability, prices, terms and order progress of parts.
- Check the stock of parts in the warehouse and provide customers with information about their availability.
- If the part is not in stock, transfer the need to the internal supply department and coordinate information about the possible delivery date.
- Organize or coordinate the shipment of parts to customers according to the process established in the company.
- Prepare sales invoices, accompanying documents and other sales-related documentation.
- Manage information about the movement of goods and balances in computer management systems.
- Administer the accounting of defective or returned parts and, if necessary, initiate the return process according to internal procedures.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have work experience in the field of spare parts, technical goods, service or customer service.
- You understand technical information, catalogs, part codes and diagrams.
- You speak and write English fluently.
ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE
- Experience in the field of automotive, bus, heavy transport, agricultural machinery or other technical equipment parts.
- Experience working with warehouse, accounting or ERP systems.
- Technical education or practical understanding of technology.

- Salary from 2,400 to 2,800 EUR (gross). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate taking into account his experience, competencies and ability to independently achieve results.
