INVENTORY MANAGEMENT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organize and ensure effective inventory planning, management and distribution of raw materials for production.
  • Coordinate team work, plan tasks and ensure their smooth execution.
  • Manage raw material (roundwood) warehouse processes: ensure proper inventory rotation, accounting and provision of required quantities for production.
  • Ensure warehousing and quality control processes for manufactured products.
  • Control inventory balances, ensure order in warehouses and participate in inventories.
  • Organize and control smooth loading and removal of by-products according to established plans.
  • Analyze inventory movements, identify discrepancies and initiate process improvement solutions.
  • Cooperate with production, logistics and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production processes and optimal inventory levels.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Higher education in logistics, engineering, management or similar field.
  • Experience in planning and organizing activities and managing inventory, warehousing or production processes.
  • Experience in leading a team and the ability to effectively organize its work.
  • Analytical thinking, responsibility and the ability to make independent decisions.
  • The ability to effectively cooperate with different departments of the company.
  • The ability to communicate in English and/or Russian.
  • Good computer literacy skills and experience working with inventory/business management systems (NAV, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
