About the position
OPPORTUNITY TO MOVE UP THE CAREER STAIRS
- A rapidly growing renewable energy company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the implementation of engineering solutions in the areas of solar power plants, energy storage, electric vehicle charging, HVAC systems. This is a great opportunity to contribute to ambitious projects and the development of green energy in Lithuania.
Nature of work
- Manage the engineering department: plan, organize, control the installation and maintenance processes of solar power plants and related systems.
- Ensure high-quality and safe implementation of projects in accordance with technological, legal and environmental requirements.
- Coordinate technical solutions, cooperate with installers, designers, suppliers and institutions.
- Manage mandatory technical and operational documentation.
- Participate in qualification improvement processes, take care of the department's work productivity and competence development.
Competences
- Higher managerial or professional technical education (electrical engineering, power engineering, automation, etc.).
- Electrical engineer: VK, PK categories are preferred. AK is a significant advantage.
- Experience working with renewable energy, electrical installations, low-current or engineering projects.
- Experience, ability to work with various projects. Advantage, opportunity to work with projects controlled by VERT (State Energy Regulatory Council).
- If the candidate does not yet have the qualifications required by VERT, but based on education and experience can acquire them in the near future - the company is ready to help: pay for, administer and ensure their acquisition on behalf of the company.
- Good organizational, planning and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy, MS Office, CRM management. Basics of clerical work.
