CCS - customers care services, UAB provides settlement management and debt collection services.
Daily work - communication with foreign partners, customers and debtors by phone and e-mail. Checking information in data registers, providing insights and recommendations to customers. Distribution of received payments, preparation of reports.
You will be responsible for the execution of the settlement process in the debt collection department.
Office work by computer, telephone.
