Position description
- Prepare an emergency management plan, coordinate its implementation.
- Coordinate the Company's preparedness for crises and emergencies, provide proposals to strengthen the continuity of operations.
- Create and adjust the list of civil mobilization personnel reserve (CMPR), organize training for its participants.
- Plan and organize functional and table exercises, prepare their scenarios, coordinate the actions of the participants, evaluate the results and provide proposals for improving the activities.
- Coordinate the implementation of physical and operational security requirements.
- Represent the Company in relations with other state, municipal institutions and other institutions on emergency management issues.
- Consult the Company's employees on civil and fire safety issues, organize their fire safety training and instructions. Organize inspections of fire equipment.
Your competences and experience
- Education not lower than university degree (or equivalent);
- at least 3 years of work experience in a medium (more than 50 employees) or large organization, of which at least 1 year of successful experience in the fields of physical or operational safety, fire or crisis management and civil protection;
- be able to independently plan work, make decisions, coordinate activities at various management levels;
- critical thinking and problem solving, responsibility, cooperation;
- be able to work with the Microsoft Office software package, be able to use modern communication, information search and transmission tools;
- be fluent in Lithuanian, express thoughts fluently in writing and orally;
- be able to prepare plans and documents, independently organize work and coordinate the actions of different departments;
- meet the requirements set out in the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring National Security (Article 17);
- have the right to drive category “B” vehicles.
- Special training – knowledge of the principles and legal acts and standards requirements for ensuring the security of objects important for ensuring physical and operational safety, fire and civil protection (management of extreme situations) and national security; knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position.
