Nature of work
We are currently recruiting a Center Manager to join the Resilience Program Implementation Center team in Vilnius, who will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the company's resilience, interconnection and synchronization program projects.
This is a strategic management position, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen the organization's resilience through the implementation of key projects and ensure that the company is prepared to respond effectively to changing risks and challenges.

- Lead the Resilience Program Implementation Center, ensuring the implementation of strategic infrastructure programs, clear management of responsibilities, effective use of resources and achievement of results.
- Ensure smooth planning, coordination, implementation control and management of inter-relationships of the company's resilience, interconnection and synchronization program projects.
- Coordinate the implementation of the infrastructure resilience program, in order to strengthen the physical protection of strategic and important energy facilities, readiness to restore operations and resilience to current threats.
- Ensure strategic program governance by pooling the necessary competencies, managing key relationships, risks and decisions, and creating conditions for timely and high-quality achievement of program goals.
- Represent the company in cooperation with state, regulatory, financing, European Union institutions, suppliers, operators and other partners necessary for program implementation.
- Develop program management maturity in the organization, strengthening the culture of planning, coordination, risk management and achievement of results for complex infrastructure projects.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education.
- Work experience in implementing large-scale infrastructure programs (financed by state and EU structural funds - an advantage).
- Portfolio of successfully implemented large infrastructure projects (international projects - an advantage).
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies, manage changes and coordinate complex projects.
- Experience in a strategically important, regulated, energy, infrastructure or national security organization - an advantage.
- Experience in management, strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively use digital work and collaboration tools.
- Excellent Lithuanian and very good English skills.
- Category B driver's license.
- Impeccable reputation, high ethical standards, responsibility and result orientation.
