Nature of work
- initiation and coordination of the development of the resilience program, ensuring the assessment of threats, impacts and possible resilience measures and projects;
- ensuring the smooth implementation of the resilience program, timely execution of activities and high quality of results;
- formation of the resilience program management structure, ensuring the effective implementation of goals, project coordination and decision-making;
- management of the projects and measures constituting the program at all stages (from initiation and planning to implementation, monitoring, control and closure), ensuring control of the scope, deadlines and budget of the projects constituting the program and their interdependencies;
Employee requirements
- higher university education or equivalent;
- work experience in the field of infrastructure (buildings, engineering structures, etc.) programs and / or project management;
- experience in managing at least one infrastructure (buildings, engineering structures, etc.) program;
- experience in implementing or coordinating projects / programs related to security, resilience, military or civil defense infrastructure - an advantage;
- experience in working with public procurement (preparing technical specifications, qualification requirements, etc.);
- knowledge of project management methodologies, standards (PMBoK, Prince2 or others) and the ability to apply them in practice (certificate - an advantage);
- good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
- good skills in working with MS Project or an equivalent project management tool - an advantage;
- driver's license (category B).
