We hope you:

you have a higher education;
have 5+ years of work experience in the areas of operational resilience, corruption prevention, risk management, physical or cyber security;
have 3+ years of managerial experience (leading a structural unit, its unit or team or organizing, coordinating and controlling the work of a group of employees);
have detailed knowledge of risk management, are familiar with risk analysis methods and tools and have experience in crisis management;
have experience in developing an organization's resilience strategy, business continuity and (or) recovery plans;
have strong leadership skills - you are able to inspire, develop, mobilize and motivate a team, achieve common goals and implement changes.
have technical knowledge in the field of nuclear energy and a certificate issued by VATESI (an advantage). If you do not have a certificate, you will need to pass a knowledge test and obtain a certificate issued by VATESI before starting work.

Responsibilities waiting for you:

I will develop the company's operational resilience strategy, covering risk management, physical and cyber security, business continuity, corruption prevention and employee safety and health.
I will set strategic directions for operational resilience, make long-term decisions and ensure their implementation across the organization.
I will lead the organization's operational resilience area, strengthening the maturity of risk management, crisis management and emergency preparedness systems.
I will initiate and implement changes that increase the organization's resilience, security and readiness to operate in complex and uncertain conditions.
I will represent the organization in cooperation with state institutions, regulatory authorities and other strategic partners on operational resilience and security issues.
