MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- plan and manage external communication and relations with the media;
- prepare and coordinate press releases, responses to journalists' inquiries (written and oral), ensuring the accuracy of information;
- curate strategically important communication projects and initiatives that shape the company's reputation;
- organize press conferences, interviews, public speeches and other media visits, filming and other communication activities on the company's territory;
- monitor communication in the media, social networks and indicate relevant topics, assess risks, provide insights into the company's communication;
- ensure the communication of the company's strategic directions and the implementation of communication goals;
- coordinate communication during crisis situations;
- maintain constant contact with journalists and partners;
- contribute to the implementation of partners' marketing and communication actions.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- at least 2 years of work experience in the field of communication (advantage – in the position of a media representative);
- knowledge of external communication, social media, public relations principles;
- fluent presentation of thoughts both orally and in writing, experience in live communication and preparing media reports and other external communication texts;
- excellent public speaking and presentation skills;
- very good knowledge of English and Lithuanian, correct written and oral language,
- ability to react quickly, stress resistance, responsibility, flexibility;
- strong project management, organization and coordination skills;
- higher education (advantage – in the field of communication, public relations, journalism);
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania.
