What you will do in this job:
- You will help passengers resolve situations when their luggage is delayed or lost - you will organize a search and process the necessary documents;
- You will inform passengers about the found luggage and take care of its delivery process;
- You will take care of passengers with special needs to make their journey comfortable and safe;
- You will work on the apron and drive special equipment - your work will be not only in the office, but also in the center of action, next to the planes;
- You will provide information about flights and help passengers in various situations.
Work schedule and remuneration:
Work in shifts (day/night shifts);
Hourly wage is paid, depending on the qualifications.
We hope you:
- You have customer service experience (an advantage, but not necessary);
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You speak Lithuanian and English well (B2 level);
- You are communicative, know how to work in a team and do not get lost in stressful situations;
- You are attentive to details, able to plan time and quickly orient yourself;
- You meet the requirements of impeccable reputation according to the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania.
