AB Liteksas is inviting a weaving workshop manager to join its team, who will be responsible for:
- Organization of the work of the weaving workshop: execution of production plans, ensuring work productivity, distribution of tasks to employees and control of their execution;
- Ensuring a smooth technological process;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products;
- Organization of timely equipment repair and planned maintenance, in cooperation with the technical department.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical/engineering education (advantage: in the field of textiles);
- Management experience in production (advantage: in a textile company);
- Quick orientation, logical thinking;
- Effective solution of problems;
- Ability to independently organize own and team work, motivate employees;
- Good knowledge of English.
