What will you do for our team?
● You will perform an audit of financial statements, assess risks and ensure that the work complies with the requirements of LFAS, IFRS and IAS.
● You will plan the audit process, allocate tasks to team members and ensure that deadlines are met.
● You will review the work performed by colleagues, provide constructive feedback and help develop their competencies.
● You will prepare audit conclusions, technical notes and present them to clients.
● You will communicate with client managers and finance teams, resolve emerging issues and provide clear recommendations.
● You will use audit programs and data analysis tools (Data Snipper, Pentana, Retain, etc.) to improve work efficiency.
● You will contribute to the improvement of internal processes, initiate ideas and help implement good audit practices.

What do we expect from you?
● At least 2 years of experience in the field of auditing and a desire to continue growing as a professional.
● Higher education in finance, economics or similar fields.
● Strong knowledge of international auditing standards (LFAS, IFRS, IAS) and the ability to apply them in practice.
● Good English skills (from B2 level), necessary for communication with clients and the team.
● Experience in leading a team and the ability to organize and coordinate work.
● Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, initiative and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Advantages:
● Strong leadership skills and the ability to be a role model for colleagues.
● Experience working with APT, IDEA, Data Snipper or other audit programs.
● LAR membership and/or ACCA qualification.
● Higher education in finance, economics or similar fields.
