Main responsibilities, nature of work:
You will lead financial statement audits and other assurance services projects.
You will plan work, manage budgets and ensure project deadlines are met.
You will advise clients on accounting, financial reporting and audit issues.
You will lead the audit team, develop junior colleagues and contribute to their professional growth.
You will participate in client relationship development and preparation of new project proposals.
You will contribute to audit quality assurance and process improvement.

What do we expect from you?
Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
At least 5 years of audit experience.
Experience in managing audit projects and teams.
Good knowledge of IFRS and Lithuanian business accounting standards.
Ability to make independent decisions and manage priorities.
Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
Auditor qualification would be an advantage.
