You will administer the company's quality management system, monitor processes and identify non-conformities;
You will provide recommendations for improving the quality management system;
You will work with the BDO network quality management platform, document procedures, ensure their relevance and compliance with standards;
You will monitor and supervise the quality plan implementation process;
You will cooperate with representatives of other departments, aiming to ensure consistent application of quality standards throughout the organization;
You will communicate with potential clients: you will collect and process information, contribute to the preparation of proposals for clients;
You will prepare external reports of the audit department, systematize and analyze data;
You will manage the internal documentation of the audit department: you will prepare documents and periodically update written procedures;
You will review the company's internal processes and provide suggestions for their optimization;
You will coordinate the execution of audit team tasks: you will take care of reminders, communication and general supervision of work;
You will perform other assigned administrative functions, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the team.

Have a higher university education in economics, finance or management;
Have accumulated at least 2 years of similar work experience or experience in the field of auditing;
You are familiar with finances and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union regulating the activities of companies, as well as the legal acts regulating the activities of the auditor;
Have good knowledge of English - at least B2 level;
Are characterized by strong analytical skills, critical thinking, responsibility and initiative;
Are able to independently plan time, set priorities and work in an organized manner;
Have experience in testing internal control procedures and assessing their effectiveness.
