What will you do for our team?
- You will be the main contact for clients – you will build long-term relationships and solve real business challenges;
- You will manage your client portfolio and its results;
- You will lead audit projects from planning to implementation;
- You will ensure that everything is done on time and meets the highest quality standards;
- You will contribute to strengthening the team – you will share experience with younger colleagues;
- You will proactively identify growth opportunities and contribute to the development of strategic business solutions.
What do we expect from you?
- 5+ years of work experience in the audit field;
- Experience in managing audit projects and a team;
- Knowledge of audit and accounting standards (IFRS, LFAS, etc.);
- Ability to work with clients as a partner, not just a supplier;
- Good English language skills (B2+);
- Initiative, critical thinking and willingness to take responsibility.
It would be an advantage if:
- You have ACCA or belong to LAR;
- You have worked with international projects based on IFRS;
- You take leadership and are able to inspire others.
