What will you do for our team?
- You will be the main contact person for the company's clients. You will respond quickly to client requests / needs, resolve emerging problems / discrepancies and maintain constant contact with them;
- You will be responsible for the management and profitability of the client portfolio;
- You will carry out audit projects according to the set budget and agreed deadlines;
- You will ensure that the company's risk management and quality control procedures are always followed;
- You will monitor the need for additional services when communicating with both new and existing clients and inform the responsible persons accordingly;
- You will assist partners in implementing and communicating any new business strategy to existing and target clients;
- You will apply the company's audit methodology and help junior employees apply it;
- You will be responsible for the efficiency and results of your team;
- Identify changes in laws and procedures that may affect clients.
What do we expect from you?
- Have 5+ years of work experience in auditing;
- Have experience in audit project management, managing project portfolios and project teams using project management methodologies;
- Have a higher education in finance, economics or related fields;
- Have excellent communication skills and experience in leading a team;
- Have excellent knowledge of auditing and accounting standards (LFAS, IFRS, IAS);
- Speak English fluently (at least B2 level);
- Have excellent time planning and prioritization skills;
- Be proactive, able to solve problems, have analytical and organizational skills.
