What are you going to do?
- You will delve into the needs and behavior of telecommunications services customers in the B2C and B2B segments;
- You will identify target customer segments, create value propositions and marketing solutions to retain, attract and increase customer value;
- You will analyze data and identify new revenue-generating opportunities;
- You will test new ideas, proposals and communication solutions;
- You will evaluate the results of campaigns and initiatives, provide recommendations;
- You will collaborate with sales, customer service and customer experience teams.
What kind of colleague are we looking for?
- Higher university education (economics/management; marketing specialist diploma would be an advantage);
- 2 years of work experience in the field of marketing;
- Strategic marketing competencies, analytical insight, entrepreneurship;
- Experience working with customer research and insights, the ability to discover valuable ideas for customer retention, attraction and product value enhancement;
- Curiosity and desire to understand customer needs;
- We will consider experience in the field of telecommunications as an advantage.
