WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Production activities
You will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted production process, coordinate the daily activities and priorities of the department.
Team
You will organize the work of employees, participate in the introduction of new employees, and take care of team development.
Quality and safety
You will monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and other established requirements.
Resources
I plan the need for raw materials, control their use, and look for more efficient resource management solutions.
Results
You will monitor production indicators, analyze results, and initiate process improvements.
Compliance
You will ensure proper completion of production documentation and compliance of processes with established requirements.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION
Experience in food production and knowledge of its processes.
Experience in leading a team in a production environment.
Good knowledge of food safety, quality and hygiene requirements.
Ability to plan, organize and manage priorities.
Independence in making decisions and taking responsibility for the result.
Organizational and communication skills and orientation towards results.
