Employee requirements

  • Education and qualifications: Higher pedagogical or social education (e.g. pedagogy, social pedagogy, teacher qualification).
  • Language skills: Lithuanian at native level and very good knowledge of German (B2/C1 level).
  • Experience: Experience in working and educating children and adolescents aged 10–18.
  • Competencies:
Psychological knowledge and understanding of adolescent development
Excellent communication and cooperation skills, especially when communicating with parents of students
Team thinking, responsibility and organizational skills.

The German February 16th Gymnasium in Hüttenfeld is a state-recognized private school with a dormitory, located in the idyllic, spacious park of the Renhof Castle between the Bergstrasse Hills and the Rhine Plain.
