Your understanding of the basic daily needs of children will be very important, as you will accompany the child in every step - from putting on a shoe to the undiscovered breadth of science and knowledge. Position: Teacher's assistant
- You will be the educator's right hand in implementing the educational plan,
- You will help to carry out other activities related to self-care, nutrition and rest,
- You will take care of the order of the group and support the rules and values implemented in the group,
- Together with the teacher, you will develop a friendly and understanding group community where every child will feel valued,
- You will cooperate with colleagues and parents.
Requirements for the recipient
- A spoonful of creativity, a bigger spoonful of patience and a lot of heart
- Teamwork, flexibility, active search for solutions
- Warm and sincere communication skills, communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in Lithuanian
- Knowledge of other languages (English, Russian) is an advantage
- Previous experience working with children is an advantage
