Nature of work
We will entrust you with the stores of the Aukštaitija region. We are looking for someone who sees the store as a business - through people, numbers and processes, and wants to create real changes together with the team.
- You will manage the activities of the Aukštaitija region stores.
- You will work with store managers and their teams.
- You will monitor sales, write-offs, discounts and inventory results.
- You will manage personnel, positions, working hours and vacation planning issues.
- You will ensure that product ordering, inventory, food safety and other important processes are working.
- You will implement new procedures, processes and technologies.
- You will participate in store reorganization and performance improvement projects.
- You will regularly visit stores.
- You will solve problems consistently - from cause to result.
Employee requirements
- Management experience in retail or similar multi-department operations.
- Good understanding of store economics and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work with people, clearly set tasks and control their implementation.
- Good Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to practically use AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude) in daily work.
- Driver's license and the ability to regularly travel to regional stores.
A big advantage if:
- You already use Copilot, Claude or other AI tools.
- You have experience managing multiple stores.
- You are familiar with Power BI or other data analysis tools.
