We are looking for high-rise workers – installers who are ready for challenges and work at heights! Various projects await you in Lithuania and Finland – from the installation of metal structures, the construction of telecommunication towers to the construction of medium and high voltage overhead lines.
Most of the working time will be spent in Finland, so we are looking for people who are ready for business trips and work on international projects.

What do we expect from you:
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
- Ability to work in a team and achieve a common goal;
- Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- Work experience in the telecommunications or construction sector (an advantage);
- Willingness to work at height!
We will consider it an advantage if:
- You have a valid high-altitude climbing certificate;
- You have a degree in construction or telecommunications;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are able to understand work information in English.
